disco rear view mirror ? parts traders/breakers ?

Need some advice/info please folks

the rear view mirror is an auto dim one, not sure if the dim feature works although the light comes on on the bottom, the glass is a bit ropey and needs replacing or the glass changing,looks like glue/liquid in the middle of it, can the glass be changed ? had a quick google and £150 for a new one ,or do i need a new mirror ?

if so,how much would a decent used one be ? and are there any breakers/traders on here who sell parts and always have things in stock or such websites ? post up any links to the best people to use !

Yes you need a replacement mirror. Mine went years ago and the replacement cost £115 +vat from a LR main dealer. They some times come up on Ebay but there's no fixed price for a s/h mirror, I saw one go for £35.

is the auto dim one really good and much better than a standard type ot not really worth the extra ££ ?

'AS NEW' condition........ £70 Delivered....

just leave the rear door window muddy and use the door mirrors if you need to worry about whats behind
