Disco gear box bias plate

ok my mistake assumed it was the springs, but they are ok now dug down to have a look but found the bias plate has gone, this is i replaced with an oem one last year, not very strong any one know where i can a reinforced one as mine has broken in the same place as the one i replaced across the seam where it is bent at 90 degrees
