Hi guys.
Have just got an 05 Disco 3 auto with 55k on it. Is there anything I can do (apart from not driving it!) and/or check to try to prevent future problems. The car has three months warranty. By the way, what are the two heavy weights which are suspended on bushes on the rear crossmember for?

1995 - 1998 Defender Pickup
1998 - 2001 Series 1 Disco
2001 - 2005 Series 2 Disco (stolen)
2005 - 2010 Series 2 Disco
