hi i was towing my caravan home today ok for a while when pulled up at traffic lights pulled away hard in 1st gear and had a rumble through the whole truck what could it be ??? also got play in transfer box when rocked forward and backwards in gear /????? please help also got a leak to.

Check the UJ's on yer prop shafts fust

have done they are fine no play in them just in transfer itself ???

Hmm could be yer transfer gear then which could be a bugger coz it means tekin out the gear and transfer box to have a look. sorry

big job then . it clunks now and then when pulling off to???

it was like a vibaration it felt like it was coming from back but cant really say when i accelarated hard in first ....im scratchin my head but i know the box shouldent have play in it
