Disco 2 rear central seat

I have just fitted a replacement new genuine part central seat belt.
It works fine until you fold the seats up and then it jams solid. Take the reel off and hold at correct fitting angle and it works fine again.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

yeh. basically, theres a little stud on the belt that stops the belt from going too far into the head rest when you fold the seat down. if the guide by the headrest is missing or broke, it wont stop the stud, and the belt jams.
