Looking to get some new springs in the future but not quite sure which ones to go for, there is quite a selection. Noticed it sits a good inch or more lower than my 300tdi did so could do with some new ones

Already got some pro-comp dampers on the back and will probably be getting some for the front.

Will be carrying more weight that standard aswell, as in winch, metal A bar, full roof rack and generally lots of tools.

Don't want any lift kits either!!

Anyone suggest some good ones to go for without breaking the bank?

Bearmach blue springs have always served me well, nice and supple without being too soft, good articulation offroad.
Mine are standard height springs although I do have 2 inch spacer blocks on the rear to level it out, I carry alot of tools and it was dragging its arse abit!
Did run Procomp dampers on the rear but kept snapping them, the ones I had on the front were no problem at all though.

i have bearmach springs, theyve been great.

yeah i snapped a pro comp damper once, then learnt i was using the wrong bushes. i was using the polybushes i got, whereas the procomps need the bushes they are supplied with cos they are smaller. silly me didnt realise. they have been fine for a good while now with the proper bushes in.

cheers

Cheers for the replies, think I'll go for bearmach ones, seem to be well rated. Not massively expensive either.

I just kept the bushes that came with the procomp dampers, hopefully they won't snap aswell
