damn gearbox this time

Hi all back again with yet another fault. ok for those who need to know its a 94(m) 300 tdi.
Ok so has second gear crunch, but also jumps out of second gear.

When you select reverse sometime it feels like its struggling to back up, the movement is very jurky and there are clunks but not always. Also has started to jump out of reverse.

when changing throught 1st,2nd,and 3rd it clunks on the front end when clutching in. Also if your in first but need to clutch in in clunks like hell on the front end. Also feels like the spinner plate is sticking, the releases.

Lastly when starting from cold there is a loud rattle coming from the box. stops if you clutch in, and doesn't rattle again until the next cold start.

All the above have gotten worse in the last 6 months

The car had a new clutch kit fitted summer last year(borg&beck), and when i replaced the engine 2 months ago all checked out fine including the releas bearing.
I'm looking to brake it for spare before the mot, and would like to know whats causing the above issues so i know not to sell them to anybody.

dog teeth worn on reverse, 2nd gear baulk ring worn,brgs worn in gear box shafts move back and forth , commonly worn out r380

so is that the polite way of saying that the gearbox is ****ed then

rebuildable probably with brgs and baulk rings and rev gear

its not worth it mate to be honest. She needs welding again for this mot, front and rear pads and discs. new track rod ends,swivle seal, rear anti rollbar drop link,the rear member needs welding,vac pump needs sorting, and maybe more that i've either missed or forgoten about. just but new set of at's on it aswell. never mind. the spanners will come out for the final; time.

well if you stripping it hobsons ltd 01507343401 are buying 300s worth checking what price they give
