Okay guys, we're getting there on the mod front, just money and time holding be back at the moment. Got lots of bits to bolt on but no time to do it!!

Anyway. I was off roading Sunday just gone and had a good day. Not much mud though.

Just noticed today that the rear quarter panel has been bent inwards slightly. Not massively bothered as I was going to eventually cut the rear arches.... so the time has come to do that now.

Done a search but haven't found anything so far. I've got 265/70/R16 tyres so quite large without a lift or a cut.

Anyone know where to get the templates and plastic covers from? Also, what parts am I actually cutting here?

They are the same size I have on mine - no lift either.

I just guessed where to cut, and then picked up the angle grinder and jobs done.

i think from memory I measured around 2 inch from the wheel arch bottom back toward the bumper, then drew a line from there up to the rubbing strip.....quick sketch to try to explain...

Basically remove the red part - and then I did the same on the front bumper valance. Or remove a little, if still rubs, remove a bit more :D
