cruise control

Having a poke around under the bonnet today, as you do. I noticed that the vacuum pipes for the cruise control were cracked & where they push onto the tee piece which is above the servo the ends are split. I realise that this is probably part of the reason why it does'nt work. I traced the pipe around the engine bay & behind the air box only to find it disappeared under the jack, with an open end & not connected to anything, after a lot of head scratching i thought i'd turn to the font of all knowledge as someone will know where this pipe should go.
By the way it's a 300tdi auto.

The CC vacuum pump in under the jack location and that is where the hose attaches, you will need a mirror to see it through the large hole.
