clicking rattle

Hi my 300tdi disco has started to make a clicking sound similar to when you push a bike. It seems to tie in with accelerating mainly not really had time to investigate further yet, the timing belt was changed about a month ago but everything seemed fine after it. Any ideas ill get time next week to have a good look at it so any pointers where to start will be great thanks
