Hi, I have a 2003 disco with sat. nav.. Is it just mine or are they all very slow. I know my disk has a scratch on it but I can be at my destination and it's still calculating the route.

My sat nav is`nt slow at all, i can switch it on and by the time i have my seat belt on its ready.
The scratch on the disk can really slow it down. If the scratch is on the playing side you can get it repaired. If the scratch is on the printed side then unfortunately the disk is scrap.
I would start with the disk repair then go from there.
