i bought a new rad off ebay a few years back when i did my 200 tdi into my s11a conversion but can't remember the make but wasn't britpart, i only got one off ebay as they where cheeper than the ones paddocks where selling but they are dearer now than the paddocks ones.

I got a Britpart rad for my 200tdi and found that the bottom oil pipe fitting at the rad end was leaking. I took off the pipe and tightened it up (not too tight) only to find that the fitting in the rad twisted and broke. Fortunately it was Island 4x4 and they replaced it. I used PTFE tape on new rad prior to fitting and have had no problems so far and thats 8 month.
