I changed the front discs and pads on my 300 TDI disco over the wkend. i split the calliper its self to get one of the discs on as the bottom calliper bolt was stuck solid. I no i shudnt of done it this way. Now my problem is that after iv put it all to gether bleed all four brakes, when i press the pedal there is a lot of travel. I have some new calliper seals on order, as I knackered one of the seals between the 2 half's of the calliper Do you this this will fix the problem or could it of done something to the master cylinder ? Thanks Andy

old master cylinders often knacker seals when pedal is pushed further than normal during bleeding ,but make sure caliper seals care perfect first
