i sorted out the problem with my boot seats .allthough the bit that locks the seat to the floor of the boot was locked it wood not allow the backrest part to fold up. gave this a good laruping of wd 40. then found that if i pushed down hard on the bit yer bum sits on and at the same time lift the backrest part it comes up every time. brute force and wd 40 a good combination.
