Blower Fan/Air Con noise

Hi all, just got myself my first Disco, TD5 on 03 plate. It has the digital climate control, when I turn it on and it has to work quite hard i get rather a loud fan noise. This happens whether the air con is on or just normal fan. f i then turn the temp up a bit so that it doesn't have to blow so hard the noise quitens. Also tried to use the air con for the first time today and the air didn't seem to be any colder than the blower fan on its own, i turned the temp to its lowest and stil no different, any ideas please?

Aye same problem with mine..AC probs need recharging to get that working no sure on the noise but i also have it :doh:

Make sure that you haven't got the ECON button switched on. It will say Econ in the display if you have.

Econ button is definitely off. There is no change in temp when i turn it off
