No doubt this has been covered before but I’ve done a search and didn’t have any luck.

I’ve always ran my 300TDI on GoodrichAT’s and now the time has come to upgrade the tyres on my 03 TD-5. I’ve been around some of the main tyre dealers getting quotations and I swear when they see a big 4x4 pull up they instantly throw-out any chance of discount, thinking because we run a 4x4 we can afford to pay top dollar on tyres!

My latest quote today was £158 per corner from ATS.
Two questions…

1. What’s the most common / recommended size to run on a 16” TD-5?
2. What’s the average price on these most excellent tyres?

Cheers,

John.
