Auto gearbox selector lever

Can anyone tell me if the auto gearbox selector from a D2 is compatible with fitting to a D1?, although mine works ok the plasticky thing that slides back and forth with the lever to show which 'gear' is selected has perished and looks a bit tatty and the only second hand example i've seen is from a D2, a search for one from a D1 has failed.

did wonder this myself even on where to by a new one..

There two types of selector for the D1.... 1. with the lever under the front (also fitted to RRC) or 2. the button on the side if it's the latter the whole unit is available BTR9926LNF.
If it's the first one the plastic display filim is no longer available BTR4029

Thank you, i did see one on ebay a while back but someone beat me to it and i haven't seen one since, i'd imagine a new one from LR is mega money.
