hi all were making a trip to the uk, will be there on the 4th of june and im in need of a td5 discovery to bring back with the other vehicles . we will be based in Halifax loading the container so if any of you are selling let me know

what im looking for
Td5 engine
automatic gearbox
must have air con
would like a 7 seater
also would like the 2002 upwards facelifted model

but if the price is right i will consider older, manual, 5 seater but it must have air con
 
got an es td5 auto for sale, £3900 is minimum i'll take, high miles but only done 50k on new engine, drove it 2000 mile across france last week, everything has been replaced on it and there are no issues, ie no leaking sunroofs and everything, yes everything works!! Only selling because i cant afford to run it any more..I drive at least 45,000 miles a year..Its had a proper re-map at td5alive tuning and is therefor a lot better on fuel and quite nippy.
 
on my last trip, 2000 miles, with 4 adults, masses of stuff, 3 large dogs, roofrack fully loaded, 80mph on the motorway at all times i'v worked out i was averaging 26mpg.....Not bad really considering how much weight, **** aerodynamics etc...Probably do just over 30 if driven at 70 with no roofrack. Around town i get about 24mpg, but i never hang about and its auto. My manual p38 would do 34mpg after re-map at 70.

what year is it ? what is the exact mileage ? colour? is it a 7 seater ?do you have any pics of it ? and how far are you from Halifax

sounds nice but its a bit much for what im looking to spend
 
epsom green, was 7 seater but sold seats, on ebay now, classifield ad £3989, about an hour from halifax, 177,041, but everything replaced.Mot jan 2012. Aircon ice cold!!
 
Hi, got a 52 plate facelift , Epsom Green, MANUAL Td5 XS, 128k, FLRSH, aircon and all the toys,in really good nick. Got new airbags and all the usual gremlins have been sorted. PM me if you want any more info and pictures. Looking for around £6k.

it sounds great but i feel you may sell it before i get there :rolleyes: let me know if you sell it . if you dont i will want to check it out when im there

sounds like what im after but i would like an auto for that price .

ive been offered a 2003 manual for 6k but 6k is just over my budget for a manual
 
Mines not advertied anywhere but have toy'd with selling it for something more practical and wife friendly.

2001 es Auto, 7 seats, 107k miles.... i would want about £5700

Its had full service to about 40K and i have endevoured to keep all recipts ever since, its had its head done 3 yrs ago and is remapped by Dyna chip, she produces 28 - 30 mpg if driven sensibly and pulls and accelerates effortlessly. My only issue is in the past week The Three Amigos have shown up (search on here if your not up to speed on TTA)
