alarm prob?????

hi,
got wierd problem on my 300tdi, and also same with my wife`s 300tdi, both are the same year,(1994, M-REG), the remote central locking works fine on both with the remote, both alarms work as they should, but neither car now flashes the indicators with the lock or unlock, mine stopped yesterday, and her`s today.
Any ideas???

It states in the owners handbook that the fob battery is due for replacement if this happens.

Thats not done it, had 1 new battery and fitted it in my fob, been outside to test, and its still the same as before.

SORTED!!!!!,
Been readin me handbook,and it seems to be a sticking door plunger switch, bonnet switch, or tailgate switch, so gunna oil em all tommorro, and make sure there all free and working ok.
