Having connected up and tightened everything (new ACE pipes ,bars and links etc. thanks for all the help in ealier threads)I do now have a 1 second drip under the valve block(that's after a bit of a hard run ,but while ticking over outside my house) so will now de-frock her and go for the removal kit as I’m not investing any more time or money in this.I still think it’s a great bit of kit but on an 8 yearold car is very risky to maintain and afford. If I broke down in the country on a holiday weekend with the family ...say no more.

Replacement kit
F& r antiroll bars, bushes, idler pulley and belt.

I just checked with LR Direct site against Microcat and also the information above kindly forwarded by Urban Panzer where he states that the rear Roll bar I need should be RGB 101310 which agrees with Microcat (as I also have SLS). However LR Direct seems to suggest that RGB 101310 is a front bar :-
LR Direct | Suppliers of Quality Land Rover Parts | Britpart | Allmakes
and that RGB 101320 is a rear bar (Microcat says it's rear for coil model):-
LR Direct | Suppliers of Quality Land Rover Parts | Britpart | Allmakes
and their pricing would indicate this to be correct as the 101310 is slightly more expensive than 101320 (akes sens, front bigger than back). Microcat says RBL101370 is the front roll bar as does LR Direct , so now we have more confusion (Why does LR sell 2 front bars) . Also need to know the product name of the idler pully and why I need a non-ace belt if ordering an idler pully as I assumed it just goes in place of the pump or do I order a non-ACE belt??.

Anybody like to help me here as I need to order the kit asap .Neighbours are beginning to wonder ,and a guy in a Fiesta pulled up yesterday and asked me if I could fix it as he saw me constantly working on stuff???.

dls and extreme 4x4 do kits. dls is £300 and extreme 4x4 is £400 but a better kit ,its the one i fitted on my,n.

I have already helped

Think you'll find its an error on LR direct's behalf, anyone could have made a typo when entering stuff on "their" system.

As I stated previously, there is only 1 front bar for ALL versions NON-ACE which is

RBL101370

And for the rear you need

RGB101310

Ignore whats on "sites", order by the part number and you cannot go wrong, also make sure you order the correct bushes for the rear bar....

RBX101700

You need an new belt because the idler pulley for non-ACE is a smaller diameter "wheel" than the ACE pump is and its also "closer" to the centre of the engine when it's mounted.

Also if you want to "complete" the removal, then a new PAS - NON-ACE reservoir......(single cap)

QFX100371

Not "needed" as you can just blank of the ACE outlets when its empty, but it annoyed me so I fitted a NON-ACE reservoir which incidently does use the full bottle meaning on NON-ACE D2's there is twice the amount of PAS fluid, which "imo" is a good thing.
