Well well.

Bought another disco last night (the 4th....) and today, clutch arm goes!!!!!!!!

Whats the best way to change this? We've done box off, engine crane through gearbox tunnel method and dropped box down, took about 6 hours. Just wondering now if its easier to just lift the bloody engine out, see where some leaks are coming from.

So what would you do?

The last time I did one of these, I slid the gearbox/trans box assembly back on a trolley jack and rested it on the rear crossmember, then reached into the bellhousing and changed the fork, release bearing/slipper pads and al plastic clips.

I think this time im going to haul the engine out. Its got so many bloody leaks, I want to get rid of the EGR, do cambelt, other little jobs, just hoping someones left the top bellhousing nuts out for me!

Got ripped on this one bigtime!:clap2:
