2001 TD5 Torque settings - Injector clamp/rocker shaft

TD5 - Would anyone happen to have the torque settings for;

1) Injector clamps

2) Injector rocker shaft

3) Cylinder head cover

Unfortunately Mr Haynes manual doesn't give this info, and my dongle net connection is too slow for RAVE download .

1. > 4. Fit retainer to injector. Carefully fit injector,
ensuring retainer is located on its dowel, and
tighten Torx bolt to 32 Nm (24 lbf.ft)

2. > 4. Fit and progressively tighten new rocker shaft
bolts to 33 Nm (24 lbf.ft).
9. Rotate rocker adjusting screw anti-clockwise
one complete turn to give plunger the required
bump clearance and tighten rocker arm
adjusting screw locknut to 16 Nm (12 lbf.ft) .

3. > 4. Fit new gasket, fit camshaft cover to camshaft
carrier and tighten – camshaft cover bolts to 9
Nm (7 lbf.ft).

All is not going well

Fitted new 'O'rings and washers to injectors, refitted and torqued. New harness all correctly fitted. Fuel system purged 6 times as per handbook, but absolutely no sign of the engine firing despite a good battery.

Just to check that I've done this correctly. When the injectors are set, they are set with the cam in the highest position thus depressing the injector spring. At this point the screw is screwed down until it bottoms out on the injector push rod, then unscrewed one turn out and locked.

I'm unsure as to why it wont start as I've done everything to the gospel of Mr Haynes. No doubt I've made a blunder somewhere, help greatly appreciated please

everything must be EXTREEMLY clean on the injectors...otherwise it wont start.....this is the procedure in RAVE:

1. Clean rocker shaft and mating faces.
2. Fit new rocker adjusting screws fully into rocker
arm. Fit new lock nuts to screws but do not
tighten.
3. Fit rocker shaft ensuring it is located on dowel.
4. Fit and progressively tighten new rocker shaft
bolts to 33 Nm (24 lbf.ft).
5. Before refitting the camshaft cover the
electronic injection unit (EUI) rockers must be
adjusted.
6. Remove tool LRT-12-058 from camshaft.
7. Rotate engine clockwise until No 1 injector lobe
is at full lift.
8. Rotate rocker adjusting screw clockwise until
the injector plunger is felt to bottom out.
9. Rotate rocker adjusting screw anti-clockwise
one complete turn to give plunger the required
bump clearance and tighten rocker arm
adjusting screw locknut to 16 Nm (12 lbf.ft) .
CAUTION: Ensure screw does not turn as
locknut is tightened.
10. Carry out above procedure for the remaining 4
rocker arms.
11. After completion of rocker arm adjustment,
slowly rotate engine clockwise 2 complete
turns by hand to ensure that no injectors are
bottoming out on their plungers.
12. Fit camshaft cover gasket.

Having read through the above info I can see that I have not set the rocker plungers correctly. I have screwed the adjuster into the pushrod and backed off 1 turn, instead of bottoming out the pushrod and then 1 turn out :doh:

I have read about a click noise when the adjusting screw seats! Is this on every rod cap when the adjusting screw seats?
