Immobiliser problems can get eka in car

Hi I am looking for help. The immobiliser has come on and I have tried to put in eka code, that I got from Land Rover but can't get it to work. Can someone help me put code in or that can bypass the immobiliser. Is there anyone near that can help (Irvine, North Ayrshire) .
