Sigma Alarm & Central Locking

I'm nearing the completion of the bare chassis rebuild of my 1993 Defender 90, I've had a sigma S4 alarm for some time which I've re-fitted.

The alarm unit is capable of operating central locking, I'm looking to install genuine actuators, 5 wire in drivers door and 2 wire in passenger door.

Has anyone done something similar, can this be acheived without additional parts. I've already fitted later inner door panels so have the right mounting points for the actuators. Before I buy the actuators I need to confirm the wiring.

I am interested in the outcome. I'll be back in a defender in a few weeks and haven't had a car without central locking for some years. The novelty is going to wear off pretty quickly.
