this may not be much help but when i soft-topped my 90, i also fitted 3 point harness which i bolted through the floor to ther chassie since then i have brought a MOD Roll Bar which has thredded seat belt bracket thingsat about the same place they were when i had the hard top on so if might be worth optaining the roll bar for both protection and mounting points. there is a company which will supply MOD roll bars and the bits for £250 i think i will lok at my bookmarks and post it later if its of any interest feel free to pm me if you need any pics

Chris

you either need an MOD roll hoop, which incorporates upper seatbelt mounts, or a special Inertia Reel, that fits on the top of the centre bulkhead (Exmoor Trim do them).

or you can bodge a mounting on the centre bulkhead yourself, but it might not save your life or pass the MOT.
