Hi Chaps,

I am rebuilding my 110 CSW and I would appreciate thoughts on the order of tightening up all the bolts for the the bodywork. Basically i have the whole car assembled (no doors on yet) with all mounting bolts in but still loose. What would be the best order to tight it all up to help get straight alignment of the car...
Current status is bulkhead to wing bolts are tight. C pillar is riveted/bolted to rear tub. Rear tub is bolted tighted to back of chassis (could be undone).

Thanks for your help.

I'd just get everything all bolted together, seat box etc, then tighten the lot up working your way up, worked well for me and I managed to get my 90 fairly straight, remember that no panel is the same as the opposite side and you must expect some alignment issues.

I've done mine from the bare chassis up incl chopping the chassis for a 3" lift.... I found the easiest way by far was to bolt the rear tub solid as the rear x member is pretty much a fixed point then work forward...
tp get the door gaps looking their best I have shimmed the bulkhead... 2 penny washers one side, one the other... guess my welding was a mm or so off lol.... doors aren't really an issue as there is plenty of hinge adjustment
