Is my hi-low selector stuck?

Further to my previous post, as I mistook the problem slightly.... It is stuck in High gear, but will select diff lock High. Which means I can slot the stick left to right with ease.

However, the stick will NOT move forward (towards engine bay) in either diff lock or non-diff lock. It won't select N or Low.

Loads of penetrating spray on the linkage might sort - they can seize if not moved from time to time

I'll keep trying that then. To put it into neautral, am I right in thinking that this should be achievable whilst the engine is off?

Yep - just a mechanical linkage
