Well got the 110 engine all sorted, ready to start it...then the bleeding and priming had to be done......system was having none of it!

Have read it can be a pain but this was taking the ****, was running fine before so thought all should of been ok.

In the end decided the pump was lifiting the fuel but then just spitting it straight back again.

Removed the top of the lift pump, and found one valve a bit loose but neither closing / sealing properly.

Cleaned them and added sticky chain lube oil and smear of vaseline as the valves had hardened bit over time.
Refitted the loose one.
The oil and vasleine helped the seals to seal a bit better prior to fuel getting in and helping.

Stuck the pump back together and Presto! fuel lifted after just a coulpe of pumps, filter bled, new injector pump bled and motor started after 3 turns, now runs sweet as nut and starts on the button.

Will replace pump or at least get a spare one in case but this simple fix made life easy. :D:D
