Thank you for your responses. For clarity:
- the Defender we're looking to use will be at the beggining of the programme in a montage with various other vehicles. It sets up the storry for the rest of the programme and has nothing to do with the dismantling that will come later
- our teams are stripping vehicles that are as beyond repair as you can get. The idea is to see them pull the parts off and then people buy them and then we see what happens to the parts - mostly this is going into other people's restorations. Its trying to show how a knackered car can give rebirth to others and isn't purely a profit driven show.
- all expenses and costs incurred for coming down to film with us we will cover

Why not run courses on how to nick someone's pride and joy, then strip it all down to sell the untraceable bits?

Effectively, isn't that exactly what you are intending to do??

Who the hell comes up with these ideas?? Obviously not someone who has had their Landy stolen!!

By the way, your spelling and grammar could do with a bit of attention ... especially if you have a degree as is given out nowadays by universities. Do you speak English as a foreign language or have you simply missed out on your free basic education?

If something is beyond repair, then that is a statement meaning that it can not be repaired! What does, "as beyond repair as you can get" mean??
