What a brilliant idea! That's inspired me. Was it originally a 90 or a 110? Also, I don't suppose you've got a few more pics showing it from further back have you?

the only thing that spoils it is the chequer plate side panels..

Seen nothing like that before, how sturdy is the rear bit? Any extra support fitted across the back? Good for you.... food for thought.

i split the roof at the seam by drilling out the spot welds. then rejoined and overlapped chopped sides. i used the chequer plate because it was a county back with windows so there was a gap between the sides. mine cost me £ 20 so am happy

that was the sort of thin i was going to do with my landy gives a bit more space and will allow me to refit my bucket seat that won't fit with a truckcab on

took a full day from 8.30 till 6.30. its good and sturdy. put a shelf off the top of the tub with angle iron at the bottom of the back panel all bolted and welded together.
