Just thought id put a few pics up coz i finaly bit the bullet and chopped her up. also put some new galv cappings on. Still not 100% done but water tight

What a brilliant idea! That's inspired me. Was it originally a 90 or a 110? Also, I don't suppose you've got a few more pics showing it from further back have you?

i split the roof at the seam by drilling out the spot welds. then rejoined and overlapped chopped sides. i used the chequer plate because it was a county back with windows so there was a gap between the sides. mine cost me £ 20 so am happy

took a full day from 8.30 till 6.30. its good and sturdy. put a shelf off the top of the tub with angle iron at the bottom of the back panel all bolted and welded together.
