Front Seats Defender90 TD5

Hi everyone, my name's Ken, I'm a new member and this is my first thread.
I am thinking of fitting some Discovery 2 front seats to my Defender does anyone know if they fit ok and if you can get access to the
compartments under the seats?

All seats will fit with modifications.

You'll be struggling to get to the compartments though.

Btw, wht are you existing seats like? I'm after a set, as mine are deaded

I take it that the Disco seat bases are not removable, my seats are in vg condition but may end up keeping them unless I can find a reasonable solution to getting into the compartments easily.

IIRC the seat cushion isn't removable.

However saying tht, what I did when I had some Rover Coupe Recaro seats in was to have "quick release" bolts/mechanisms in place of the rear bolts. This meant that I could tilt the seat forward and easily get to my battery box

Just noticed you are only down the road from me too. I'd be happy to pay and collect your old ones if you do decide to swap them over
