Quick question what is the fluid level in the tank meant to look like? full sitting on the bottom any ideas??
Secondly what fluid do i top up with if need be?
Cheers..

If you follow the pipe from the reservoir it will take you down to the slave cylinder that bolts on to the gearbox. There is a bleed nipple there so undo a bit and pump through using the clutch remembering to keep topping up the reservoir. Once you are happy with what's been pumped through then re tighten bleed nipple and reservoir cap

tip: put a piece of rubber hose on the bleed nipple coz when you are lying on your back undoing it whilst someone pumps the peddle in the cab you will get some of the fluid in your face if you do not use the rubber hose.....I wear specs and still have a working eye but only coz I wear specs.

 bloody hell mate, you sound like the bloke around here who pours oil on lit fires and starts them by hand lighting petrol soaked rags with his bic.

the way i did this was with he pipe, pump the clutch till its coming out of the pipe pretty vigourously, then leave it and keep topping it up, gravity will syphon the fluid out till its running clean, then crimp up the bleed nipple :)
