In need of Router, any of the following if anyones getting rid of one!

Dewalt 613 or 615
Trend T5 MK1 or 2.
Elu. (fore-runner to the Dewalt 613)

240v or 110v 6mm collet.

Using the lightweight plywood as seen in campers and some MDF.

Generally using biscuit joints with the ply grooved for 'T' section edging.

The ply has a paper thin veneer that needs machining to acheive an unchipped face on both sides.

If you want lightweight boards google Vohringer Ply & Trim
the boards are around £85 a sheet
places like grass routes leisure sell everything needed to do the job
oh and if you get chance on youtube t4 campervan there is a guy on there that shows you how to build the cabinets etc

Sorry way off topic,

Check out my name.

Fitted out a VW T4 hightop last year with said board.

Great job, very happy customer.
Thinking of making some modular units for the 110, with quick hold down fixings for those odd camping trips.

Anyway now have a router coming care of fleabay.
