Transfer box lever ball spring clip

Is the spring clip for the transfer box lever ball available as a spare part?

It is missing on my gearbox.

if you meant the one that lever pivots in its cr120215l

The green book shows a spring clip that fits into the slot machined into the side of the ball.

This is the one I meant. The one the ball sits in is there.

lever pivots in a bush in the diff lock cross shaft thats the number of clip i gave you which other do you mean

The other replies were posted as I was taking this photo but here it is anyway.

Google the part no. - plenty of hits.

Just did that thanks. What isn't clear is how it actually stays in there.

The reason it is missing is the place that rebuilt my gearbox forgot to put the lever back on. They gave me the lever back with the box but not the clip.

clips missing on most its not that important

Mines never had it and doesnt really affect it as far as I can see. As long as the bracket is bolted up tight its not going to move and the lever wont jump out

Caused rattle on my s2 until I replaced it
Its held in by the spring itself, pretty poor design.

Hope that's all the reconditioners 'forgot'..dunt give much confidence do it ?

they generally recondition the box not levers etc
