Power steering poor lock

Hi just done a p38 power steering conversion and it will not hit the hub stops now it just has not got as much steering lock any ideas

Likely that p38 drop arm is shorter than old relay arm,or does not travel as much.

Why bother? Non std conversion. Part of the original experience of a Series landy is precisely not to have assisted steering. Keeps wifey n kids away as well.
