pity, its been there a while, as you say sods law, still you never know, many a slip between the lip and the cup, the buyer may not be able to complete for some reason

must be annoying for him, to finally get a buyer after all those months then another one comes along with a better offer.

Lets hope so! Its not quite what I was looking for, was hoping for an S2 but it would do, its supposed to be picked up the week after billing so I'll have to wait and see I guess.

In the mean time I've chucked a bid on this un :D

I'll have 1400 quids by tomorrow :eek: thats the budget for now including getting it picked up!
 
that was a nice truck apart form having the s3 bulkhead dash etc, the vinyl dash in the s3 pigs me off its a real moisture trap, the earlier metal ones were much better

if its close I would go and inspect, taking the cash with you, its easier to get something knocked off if you have cash in your hand and say that's all I have. the sight of nearly all the cash you want dangling in front of your face is more tempting to a buyer than an email offering £100 less

mind you if the chap is a member of this forum chances are he won't come down now :D
