Default Okay, This is gonna sound really "chavvy"...

I have heard about Dump Valves being fitted to series trucks, Can it be done on a 2.25 Diesel S3 5brg engine?, And what are the benifits of doing this?. Just want to know if it can be done And more than likey, Would do it just to be different

Yeah thats what I thought, I know you can fit them to 200's and Prima turbo diesels, But I have heard you can fit them to Naturally Aspirated engines.. Seen a few on 2.5 N-As but dont have a clue how its done

Dump valves are there on turbos to stop the turbo fucking itself and blowing up under pressure when you change gear or something similar. Theyre not for naturally aspired engines. They're exclusive turbos in the same way boost gauges are.

Yep, that vid says it all, if anyone puts a purposfully loud dumpvalve on a turbo landy, they shouldnt own one. GRR

it sounds a lot more chavvy than you think.
on an engine tuned to provide more power then normal its a good idea , sometimes.
on a landy its a waste of time and just sounds 'chavvy' ,bolt on 3'' chrome exhaust tail pipe , led windscreen washer jets type of chavvy.

why not do it properly?
