cost for getting unleaded valve inserts

anybody know rough cost of getting unleaded valve seats fitted ?

usually about £10 each so £40 a head

It's worth considering getting it skimmed a little for modern, higher octane fuel. You'll get a bit more torque and power and better mileage. I'm not sure how much is skimmed though I got mine done at ACR (and ported) but that was a lot more than £40!

Does anyone know how much you need to skim off a 8:1 head to get to 9:1 compression?
