Hi

HELP Please !
Just joined Landy Zone

I have a Series 1 2 Ltr Diesel Freelander and have just purchased a new Auxilary belt. I took the old one off , checked that the new one is the same size but can't for the life of me get the new one to fit !
I didn't note how the old one was routed and have tried every purmutation.
The obvious route leaves the belt to short and even with the testioner pulled fully back the belt is still at least 30mm short.
Has any one out there had this problem or have a diagram that might help.
I have Haynes manual but the diagram is no good as mine has A/C.

Cheers

Clive

I think that anybody can work out that you're a noobie - you're in the wrong section X 2.
An introduction in the relevant place might be a polite start.
Then - ask your question in the Freelander section, this bit is for Series Landies.
