Clunking noise in low gears as i change/accelerate/change

Have some ideas as to whats causing it...loose UJ'S? Only seems to do it in low gears. A loud clunking noise whilst changing gear. Can be allieviated by feathering the change with the clutch.
Is it the Clutch?

more likely yer A Frame ball joint.

ok excellent couldnt do this myself so got a price of 60 quid fitted and supplied part. done next monday hehe
