Got big stuff needing a shift???

I see they are trying to claw back business.

I dumped them for a small family run company for my business - I can email the guys in the dispatch office and usually a friendly driver appears within about 1 hour! TNT I had to fill out about a million fields. Once they left one shipment in a warehouse under a hole in the roof, I sent it on the 17 Dec and I got it back on the 20th of Jan looking like it had been left in a river (luckily the parts were galvanised brackets and not electronics or something). No word from them during all this, the client wasn't expecting the delivery so soon so I had no way of knowing it had not been delivered. Got compensation right enough but still. They never turn up and if they don't collect on the day you book, they don't automatically re-book it for the next day, so if you have a load of stuff going you need to do it again!
 
The way round the business to business thing is no problem if you can get it picked up from work and delivered to the other person in work. Job done!
