Anything's possible, i'm just off to measure the engine bay . Might be a better idea to do a rear engine on a 110 chassis, i feel a project coming on....

i once saw a ford 2.8 v6 powering one of them tiny honda acty pickup things - the injun and gearbox were mounted on the load bed and drove the back axle via a ferkin great toothed belt.

so i spose anyfinks possible.....

makes you think a bit.
my dads cars typically had about 10/20 hp.
my eras 60/70s cars had about 50 hp. we tuned cars to make the magic 100 hp.
a really decent club rally car had up to 200 hp then.

my cessna 152 has about 120 hp.

but the spitfire with its RR Merlin had approx 2000 hp!!!

In one of them car mags recently (cant remember which) there was a bloke with a Rover SD1 with a RR tank engine 27 Litre! and it was road legal too!
