First the tints, you can tint all windows except the front and two driver and front passengers windows this does not tend to rock the ITV boat, the bull bar may need you to prove it is a Range Rover option and have documented proof (in Spanish) that it was fitted by a competent engineer. You may find that the ITV guy just looks over the motor and walks away giving you a 'favorable' as opinion/knowledge varies from one ITV (MOT) place to another. If you decide later to fit any extras you will do well to purchase them from a company who registers its parts and catologues them in Spain.

For example, you see a nice set of wheels and would like to fit them to your car, the wheels have a special code on them which is then passed on to your ITV records AFTER they have been approved by an engineer.

I am having a lot of beef getting my engineers report because as you know the bumpers/winch plate/rock sliders from the UKect ect are not stamped with the correct codes for the Spanish ITV, forget the euro blanket legislation because some ITV places have never even heard/read about it.

Dave
