Hi All,
Thought i would come and introduce my self as just bought a 1998 Freelander 1 3 Door Petrol.
My name is Chris and im from the Leicester area.
Here is a pic of the freelander at present only got it yesterday so i need to Machine polish the paint work, treat all the plastics and shampoo and valet the interior to get it looking how i want it.
Also need to sort out a few issues it has:
1) Central locking from the remote will only lock the car, to unlock i need to use the key then unlock the passenger side from the handle but the switch on the dash for the locking does nothing so hoping it is just this thats at fault if not will replace the actuators in the drivers and passenger door as the tailgate unlocks with the remote
2) the HDL is on so need to get this reset by a garage.
