I have just joined the forum having ran land rovers for years mainly series 11a/ 3 and a 90 turbo . We are log merchants based in devon and at the moment run a series 11a lwb petrol for delivering logs.
I am considering buying a freelander are they really as bad as all the reports that you read or is it just pot luck as to weather you get one made on a Friday afternoon .There are hundreds of them on the road and there does not seem to be any pattern to when parts fail it could be at 20000 miles or 120000 miles. thanks chris
