Hi all..

Just bought a 99 TD5 Disco... had a few issues with it! Seems that the previous owner enjoyed filling the ACE system with instant gasket..cheers!

Cleaned it all out...fixed the leaking front pipes after a serious fashion...now its howling red lights and bonging at me..less than ideal!

Cleaned out about a litre of oil from the ECU..got the Mod to do on that shortly...about to remove the EGR and fit an Allisport kit..very reasonable £33!

Had the privelige of owning a series 3 full rebuild... bobtail 1981 3.5 V8 Range Rover 4 inch lift, cage race tuned twin carb etc. Discovery 1 3.5 V8, now in my brothers hands with a 2 inch lift, twin cbs, 18' Hurricanes..

And I am sure this TD5 wont be my last...

Ps if anyone has or can get a smokestone grey load cover for Td5 model Im looking!
