Yes but no

It shouldn't be repaired as the cords can be damaged which could result in a blow out.

If you are only gonna use it as a get you out the deep stuff wheel, I can put bung in it for you.

If you wanna bung it on and class it as a permenant repair then it aint happening.

Yer other option is to tube it.

it would only be as a spare i have a set of 5 and to buy another one is over £220 which i dont have at the mo..

i thought the guy i bought them off had tubes in but im not sure
i gotta take the tyre off and put the tyre from the other rim on this rim as the other rim is fooked but thats anuvver storey

sidewalls cannot legally be repaired for road use, the permitted repair area is on the main tread area that contacts the road and is measured from the centreline so varies with tyre width

how bad is it photos not great, no need to repair if only a slight flint knick as long as damage not serious and certainly no damage to cords

cheers steve

the piercing goes thru complete sidewall i wouldnt call it a nick
as to cord damage i dont know untill i remove the tyre

Make it the spare.

tube it, weld it, glue it. Put it on the rim and get a new or second hand one when time/money is available.
