still waiting for parts

Is three weeks along time to wait . bought some parts and paid for delivery from guy on here, wont give his name yet, transferred funds cleared in his bank three weeks ago, have sent pm's to him to get tracking no's or any info.
still waiting a reply as parts have not arrived.
Maybe there is a good reason why they have not arrived yet, only one i can think of is that the guy might not be able to send them through illness.
Am i being charitable or being taken for a ride.
Milton Keynes to Wickford is not that far is it.

that's a fokin joke!!! if you have paid for it, whoever is should at least keep you update with the progress, any delays, when its expected, etc ,etc.....

Ive had stuff bought from me from eBay and due to work i couldnt post it straight away, but kept sending the buyer emails keeping him updated when i didnt manage to get to post office and everything

I'll give it to the end of the week and if still no joy will post his name here and maybe someone from the milton keynes area might know him and give him a nudge to contact me, could one of the mods check to make sure my pm's have been sent correctly to him and he has received them.

I think we should have an escrow system for purchases...

I'll volunteer to be the Escrow service... so everyone transfers me lots of money then once the goods are received i *will* transfer the money to the seller.

I once was a member of a fourm, that had a seperate thread for buyers and sellers feed back, dont know if that could be worked here.

Im still thinking the guy is genuine, i have his address as i was going to collect the parts and pay on the day, but getting them delivered seemed a cheaper option.
Have sent him a letter today as still no joy from pm's if no reply by Friday will let you have his name and post it on here.

Ok think it's time to name names. Well over 3 weeks waiting, loads of pm's and a letter.
I think is ample opportunity to get in contact.

must admit i would be more likley to buy off here than ebay but you just proved who do you trust now unless you pay and recieve at the same time.Too many people out for a quick buck at expence of others
