So I'm thinking about getting my bulkhead, Cappings and a few other bits for my project shot blasted and galvanised.

Can anyone recommend any one local to south Yorkshire? Although I don't mind traveling a few miles for a good job.
Yes I could use google, But I'd rather hear it off someone with first hand experience :)

You may be better off getting the parts shot blasted and Zinc sprayed, as galvanizers aren't too keen on old rusty bits (internally) in their tanks, and galvanizing won't take that well in loose rust anyway.

We've been using shot blast/Zinc spray for 20+ years on our stuff and it works very well indeed.

For a new chassis or bulkhead I'd go galvanizing every time.

Here's the trailer chassis before and after shotblasting/Zinc spraying, and then after powder coating:

That's a very nice looking trailer chassis. Did you make it yourselves? Although very proficient (lovely neat welds) it has a home-made look, not like something straight out of the Ifor Williams factory.
