hi all, hope someone can help.......... have noticed after some amount of rainfall that the interior roof rails are collecting alot of water.
After many an attempt to find where getting in unsuccessfully im asking has anyone experienced this.......... cheers.

has it got a sunroof.my mum used to work at Land Rover as a final inspector and one of the jobs was leak testing, she used to have to wear wellies and full waterproofs. Enough said.

Alpine windows or just the seams of the roof....they all leak....you can drop your headling and seam seal the whole roof....it will prbably still leak though it a landy

Mine used to leak water in under the headlining from around the top corners of the A pillar where it meets the roof (there is a crappy foam seal which perishes). It used to conveniently collect as I was driving along in the rain and then if I went round a corner or braked it poured out of the headlining onto my head and arm.....nice. Useful if I was thirsty. I got some silicone sealant and replaced all the foam sealant with silicone which worked a treat....until something else started leaking elsewhere.

thank for your reply........thats exactly what mine is doing! i will try sealing at the point you mention. many thanks!!!!!!!!
